The Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore awarded HALO (Hope and Life Outreach) $2,000 from the Biron Wicomico County Fund to support the conversion of an empty lot on the property of the HALO Day Center property to an organic garden called the Harvest of Hope Project, which hopes to provide fresh food for the HALO guests and clients.
