SALISBURY — The laboratory and arterial blood gasses (ABG) lab at Peninsula Regional Medical Center have both been awarded accreditation for the “excellence of service provided” by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists (CAP) based on the results of a recent on-site inspection.

Laboratory Administrative Director Robin Mandelson and Medical Director Kimberly H. Cuesta, MD, plus ABG Coordinator Tom Russ, Medical Director Gregory Thompson, MD and Respiratory Services Director John Morcom were all congratulated by the on-site inspection team for being among a select number of laboratories nationwide to meet the rigorous guidelines established to help ensure the highest standards for patient care. Restaurant Website Unveiled

BERLIN – Locally owned web development company Sprout Creatives has released a new website called Restaurant Website Platform. “We spent the last five years developing Restaurant Website Platform with one clear mission, to help restaurants succeed online,” said CEO/Founder Paul Starkey.

Restaurant Website Platform (RWP) is offered in two formats; a standard format that offers restaurateurs four main built-in components for managing their website — a content management system, E-mail marketing, a customer relations manager, and analytics; or the E-commerce platform, which offers all the aforementioned, with the addition of a shopping cart, an event booking engine and increased usage quotas. Every RWP website is mobile-ready so that potential diners can find restaurants on the go.

RWP’s star feature is the content management system that allows restaurant owners and their staff the ability to edit their website’s content from any computer using their browser. Staying competitive in the restaurant business today requires your business be high tech savvy; and our solution, RWP makes it easy and easier for owners to manage their websites.

Another feature that RWP incorporates is an automatic customer database that is tracks customer interactions with your website. Unlike websites of the past, it tracks real time analytics with a backend dashboard that restaurant owners and managers can access 24 hours a day.
