Super Bowl Scramble on Tap

1/18/2008 | By News Editor, Shawn J. Soper

BERLIN- With the NFL playoffs set to begin this weekend, it's not too early to make plans to participate in the Super Bowl Scramble at Eagle's Landing in West Ocean City on Super Bowl Sunday, February 3.

The creative tournament features a traditional four-player scramble format with a coach (the team's A player), a quarterback, a wide receiver and a running back. The scoring format is unique, however, with six points for a touchdown (eagle), three points for a field goal (birdie), and one point for an extra point (par). Teams will be penalized two points for a safety (bogey). For more information, contact Eagle's Landing at (800) 283-3846.
