Ocean City-Berlin Optimist Youth Foundation 20th Annual Scholarship Lottery
Livingston, N.J. resident Marilyn Fraulo was the winner of the $100,000 Ocean City-Berlin Optimist Youth Foundation 20th Annual Scholarship Lottery. Pictured, from left, are George Balunis, Optimist Youth Foundation Lottery Coordinator Martin Hart, winner's Father, and Fraulo. Her winning ticket was picked at the club sponsored 25th Seaside Boat Show on Feb. 17 in the OC Convention Center. Remaining proceeds of the lottery campaign will be applied to scholarships for deserving Stephan Decatur High School graduates.
