OCEAN CITY - Senior week is in full swing this week, but you don't have to tell that to the Ocean City Police Department (OCPD).
The streets of Ocean City were swarming this week with high school graduates celebrating their recent accomplishments. While some have been behaving and attending the planned Play It Safe events, others have been running afoul of the law and the Ocean City police have been busy keeping them in check.

OCEAN CITY - The oceans are evaporating, at least according to the resort's most recent ad campaign.
Ocean City and advertising firm MGH rolled out the red carpet on their newest ad campaign this week, presenting a new twist on reaching potential vacationers in an effort to draw tourists to the resort in an increasingly difficult economic time.

BERLIN - Live racing returns to Ocean Downs this weekend for the 60th year with the first two days of what will be a 40-day live meet at the historic harness racing track near Berlin set for Saturday and Sunday, June 14-15.
The 40-day summer live meet at Ocean Downs will feature 10 races nightly with the first post-time each night at 7:35 p.m. Live racing will be held each Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday and the meet will end a little late this year on Aug. 24.

OCEAN CITY - Roughly 75 wounded war veterans on a brief respite from Walter Reed National Army Medical Center in Washington unloaded from tour buses at the Princess Royale on Tuesday morning for a three-day break from the pain and drudgery of their recovery and rehabilitation process.
