Stephen Decatur High School Connections Club members Olivia Turner and Erin McGuire recently organized a canned food drive for the Agape Project in Berlin. The two, who are also members of the 2009 Greene Turtle Girls Lacrosse Team, organized the food drive around the club's annual 'TurtleFest' tournament at Northside Park. The girls sent out e-mails to players from around the state who were playing in the tournament asking that the each bring a food pantry item. More than 15 boxes of food pantry items were donated. Turner and McGuire are pictured delivering food to Agape Director Leah Sandifer.
