Comcast Spotlight will be helping the town increase its revenue through the sale of advertising to be run on the Boardwalk tram for the next three years, as per City Council's unanimous vote on Tuesday at City Hall. BERLIN- Stephen Decatur Middle School students were challenged last Friday to become rocketeers when a crew from NASA's Wallops Island facility brought space to school.
