SNOW HILL - State-required language to preserve Worcester County's farmland has been given the green light for inclusion in the Comprehensive Plan. WEST OCEAN CITY - A Berlin man is behind bars this week facing serious charges including two counts of first-degree assault after a stabbing incident in West Ocean City on New Year's Eve.
