Students from Worcester County Technical School participated in a community project by building memory boxes for the new Treasure Cove at Gull Creek Senior Living Community in Berlin. The General Levin Winder Chapter, National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution, inducted two new members at its January meeting. The 42nd Anniversary of The TET Offense was observed last month. This battle had 543 soldiers killed in action and 2,547 wounded. This is the third year that a wreath has been placed at the Worcester County Veterans Memorial in recognition and to honor those who served.
