The
Town of Berlin and Grow Berlin Green officially launched a new commercial
recycling program for downtown businesses on July 1. After months of planning,
a large three-section container was placed behind The Globe for businesses to
deposit their recyclable cardboard, plastic and glass. The container will be
transported and emptied on a weekly basis at the Worcester County Recycling

City icons Albert Berger and Nancy Lynch were married at the Snow Hill courthouse
on Friday, July 16. They are pictured above center with Felecia BenZakan,
Albert's godson Paul Kahn and Veronica and Stan Kahn as they celebrate the
