Worcester Prep fourth grader Thomas Fager, winner of the District One “If I Were Mayor Contest”, has been invited to attend a special ceremony at the State House in Annapolis where he will receive a proclamation from the Governor and a $100 cash prize. Buckingham Elementary School recently underwent the "Operation We Care" project, which was started by teacher Gina Chamberlain.
