The club will use the funds to make the OPA officially approved house number sign and installs them in front of houses in the Pines making it easier for the police and fire department and ambulance service to find the correct house when responding to calls.

Sept. 5 was not only Labor Day for Mr. & Mrs. Joe Wilkinson of Levittown, Pa., but it was also their lucky day when winning ticket 2091 was drawn by 4-year-old Summer Derry, granddaughter of Ocean Pines residents Norma and Ron Thorwart. She is shown picking the winner out of the barrel of nearly 2,700 entries as OPVFD President Steve Rosen holds her up to the barrel.

On Sunday, Nov. 27, Liquid Assets will generously host a benefit dinner to raise funds for the Worcester County Developmental Center (WCDC).
