OCEAN CITY- Faced with the prospect of $41 million in future road improvements, Ocean City officials this week debated the possibility of forming a dedicated funding source for an annual Street Improvement Program.

SALISBURY- Wicomico County this week lost one of its long-standing public servants when Councilman Bob Caldwell, Jr., 70, succumbed after a long bout with cancer.
Caldwell served on the Salisbury City Council from 1992-1996 including a two-year stint as Council President from 1994-1996. In 2010, he was elected to the Wicomico County Council, representing District 4, which encompasses most of the Salisbury city limits.
