Star Charities President Anna Foultz is shown presenting a check for $2,500 to the Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council at Stephen Decatur High School this month. The money was raised at Star Charities' Extravaganza on Oct. 1 at the Stephen Decatur High School auditorium.
