4STEPS Riding Program Awarded $5,000 Community Needs Grant

The Community Foundation awarded a $5,000 Community Needs Grant to 4STEPS Therapeutic Riding Program to support a part-time North American Riding for the Handicapped Association Registered Instructor to supervise therapeutic horseback riding lessons and animal partnership activities.
