First grade students in Mrs. Huber's class at Showell Elementary Kylie Raffensberger, Mia Diehl and Evan Justice worked together with geometric pattern blocks to create an interesting work of art with symmetry. Patterns, geometry, geometric shapes and symmetry are all math concepts that first graders study.
