Ocean City Elementary School students decorated and wrote Valentine messages that will be sent to military veterans at Perry Point Veterans Hospital, Charlotte Hall Veterans Hospital, Baltimore Rehab, and Baltimore VA Medical Center to show gratitude for their dedication.
