Members of the Ocean City Police Department visited the Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department to teach the importance of bike safety to participants of the After School Program. In addition to bike safety, they led a bike rodeo for the kids and each child received a badge making them Junior Police Officers.

The Snow Hill Rotary Club recently donated dictionaries to Snow Hill Elementary School. Each third grade student will receive a personal dictionary. The Assateague Chapter of The Questers held another successful card party at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club recently. Waiting at the registration table to welcome players are Assateague Quester members Nancy Norris, Linda Barrett (Assateague Questers President), Marie Stenger, and Mary Page.
