Layla Webster, 4, has been honored as "Little Miss Greenbackville", "Little Miss Virginia", and recently won the title of "Little Miss Delmarva”. The Worcester Prep Pre-Kindergartner was awarded with two trophies, two crowns, and three sash/banners.
