County Commissioners Present A Proclamation Recognizing November As National Adoption Month
The County Commissioners present a proclamation to Worcester County Social Services Resource Home Worker Terry Edwards and Deputy Director Roberta Baldwin recognizing November as National Adoption Month and thanking them for helping to assure that abused and neglected children on the Eastern Shore, who through no fault of their own cannot remain in their families of origin, are adopted into loving, nurturing and permanent homes.
