Ocean Downs Casino Executive Director Joe Carvilla was the guest speaker at NARFE's monthly meeting held July 28. Carvilla gave an informative talk on the casino and race track operations followed by a question and answer session with NARFE members. Carvilla was presented a NARFE cup as appreciation for his being guest speaker.
