Ocean Downs Casino Excutive Director Guest Speaker at NARFE's Monthy Meeting
Ocean Downs Casino Executive Director Joe Carvilla was the guest speaker at NARFE's monthly meeting held July 28. Carvilla gave an informative talk on the casino and race track operations followed by a question and answer session with NARFE members. Carvilla was presented a NARFE cup as appreciation for his being guest speaker. I believe a change in your marketing has been a mistake for many of your long time local customers.
My wife and I are at your casino at least once a week. We have however noticed fewer people in. Your room, specifically Monday October 15th.
My question is will your new policy increase or decrease attendance.
