Pop Warner Teams to Hold Registration

BERLIN- The Worcester County Pop Warner Youth Football and Cheerleading teams will be holding registration for the upcoming season on July 10 at 7 p.m. at the Northern Worcester County Athletic Complex in Berlin.

The Worcester Pop Warner program will hold registration for the 2012 season for the Junior Peewee football team for players ages 8-10 with a weight of 60-105 pounds, or age 11 with a weight of 60-85 pounds. The program is also holding registration for the Peewee team ages 9-11 with a weight of 75-120 pounds, or age 12 with a weight of 75-100 pounds.

The program is also holding registration for kids interested in the cheerleading program ages 7-15. The Worcester Pop Warner program is also looking for cheer coaches, which must be at least 21 years old. The meeting is set for July 10 at 7 p.m. at the county athletic complex in Berlin.
