BERLIN- Stephen Decatur's varsity golf team bowed out of the state Class 3A/4A tournament held at Potomac Ridge in Southern Maryland on Tuesday, missing the cut in the team championships, but three Seahawks moved on in the individual tournament.

The Decatur team shot a combined 372 in the blustery, cold conditions at Potomac Ridge on Tuesday and missed the opportunity to move on in the tournament. Jake Miller shot an 84, Connor Gebhart shot a 95, Kevin McNelis shot 96 and Jenny Sullivan shot 97 for the Seahawks.

Despite missing the cut in the team tournament, three Decatur golfers including Miller, Sullivan and Susan Dillon, advanced to the final round in the individual tournament.
