Clarence J. Snuggs, Deputy Secretary, Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, left, honors Worcester Prep fifth grade student Julia D'Antonio for her outstanding poster about fair housing in Maryland. Her drawing will be published in the Realtors' 2010 calendar, which will be distributed to realtors throughout the state.
