Fowler-WitherowBERLIN – Rick and Barbara Witherow of Ocean Pines have announced the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Mary Witherow, to Stephen Thomas Fowler, son of Jim and Kathy Fowler of Ocean Pines.
The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and a 2010 graduate of Stevenson University with a bachelor’s degree in business communication. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
Her fiancé is a 2003 graduate of Stephen Decatur High School and a 2007 graduate of Salisbury University with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is employed as a sergeant in the Ocean City Beach Patrol.
The wedding is planned for April 28, 2012.
