Layla Webster, 4, has been honored as "Little Miss Greenbackville", "Little Miss Virginia", and recently won the title of "Little Miss Delmarva”. The Worcester Prep Pre-Kindergartner was awarded with two trophies, two crowns, and three sash/banners. After the announcement of the winners, a ceremony and parade with all of the competing fire companies wound its way through Eastville with little Layla wearing her crown and waving to the crowds.
