Art League of Ocean City volunteers Jill Glassman, Jody Veader, Ann Heslop and Betty Storke recently painted a Delmarva Power utility box located at South Division Street and Philadelphia Avenue in downtown Ocean City. The art rendering on this box was designed by Jill Glassman. This is the 12th utility box painted in the downtown area by the Art League and the 17th utility box painted under the OCDC's Public Art Program.
