Gertrude Apple Memorial Service Final Touches Made
Putting the final touches on a Memorial Service for Gertrude “Gerty” Apple are, from left, Donald Klein, Veronica Kahn and Grayce Cohen. Apple passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 21. Her funeral service and burial were in Olney, Md. A special Memorial Service will be held at Temple Bat Yam on Worcester Highway in Berlin on Friday, Sept. 14, at 11 a.m. followed by a light luncheon.
