BERLIN- With a tough assignment in the season opener, Worcester Prep's boys' varsity lacrosse team fell, 15-8, to host Towson High in Baltimore County on Tuesday.
After a week-long layoff for spring break and senior trips, the Mallards took their show on road on Tuesday for a season opener against always-tough Towson High in the hot bed of lacrosse in Baltimore County. The Mallards acquitted themselves well but lost to the Generals, 15-8. Brad Harris led the Mallards with three goals, while Justin Butler and Billy Tyler each scored two and Brad Regan added one. Peter Buas was strong in goal for Worcester, making 11 saves.
