Ocean City Fall Soccer Continues with Full Slate of Games

OCEAN CITY- The Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department's fall youth soccer league continued this week with a full slate of games at Northside Park. The following is a quick look at some of the action:

- OC FOP 3- Delmarva Irish American Club 0: Dave Baker scored twice and Frank Langan added a single goal as the FOP downed the Irish.

- OC Rec Boosters 5- OC FOP 1: Trey Harman scored a hat trick to lead the Boosters over the FOP. Kevin Ettz and Coleman Hamstead each scored single goals for the Boosters. Nate Langan scored the FOP's only goal in the loss.

- Phillips Crab House 2- ABBA Bail Bonds 2: Evan Heim scored two goals for Phillips, while Christina Diakos and John Kelley each scored single goals for ABBA as the two teams played to a 2-2 tie.

- ABBA Bail Bonds 3- OC Rec Boosters 1: Christina Diakos scored twice and Melanie Engle scored once to lead ABBA over the Boosters. Robbie Robertson scored the Boosters only goal in defeat.

- Phillips Crab House 4- OC Rec Boosters 1: Evan Heim scored two goals while Maggie Allison and Allison Beck each scored single goals as Phillips topped the Boosters.

- OC Rec Boosters 5- Delmarva Irish American Club 1: Kevin Ettz and Maura Smith led the Boosters over the Irish, scoring two goals each. Willy Cooley scored the Boosters fifth goal, while Dave Baker scored the only goal for the Irish.

- Phillips Crab House 6- OC Rec Boosters 1: Several players got in the scoring act for Phillips with Maggie Allison and Evan Heim each scoring two goals and Danny Beck and Cassidy Larwood each adding single tallies in the 6-1 win over the Boosters. Matt Kiepper scored his team's only goal in defeat.

- ABBA Bail Bonds 3- Phillips Crab House 1: Christina Diakos scored two goals to lead ABBA over Phillips. Zach Elmer also added a single goal for ABBA while Emily Knopp scored one goal for Phillips in the loss.

- OC Rec Boosters 4- OC FOP 0: The Boosters got scoring from up and down the roster with four different players scoring goals. Trey Harman, Kevin Ettz, Maria Diakos and Maura Smith all scored for the Boosters in the 4-0 win.

- Delmarva Irish American Club 2- OC FOP 2: Matt Calcagno and Ali McLoota each scored goals for the Irish while Dave Baker and Frank Langan each scored for the FOP as the two teams played to a 2-2 tie.

- OC Rec Boosters 2- Delmarva Irish 0- Trey Harman and Maria Diakos each scored single goals in the Boosters 2-0 win over the Irish.
