"Walk Your Child Safely to School" program takes first steps at Buckingham

Buckingham Elementary School and the Worcester County Health Department have implemented a new program at school called 'Walk Your Child Safely To School." During Joan Martins Physical Education classes, students will walk for the first 10 minutes. This program is to encourage students the importance of physical activity. Above, the fourth grade academy is pictured with health department employees and FedEx employees in promoting the program.
