OC Condominium Completes OCDC Facade Program Improvements
The English Condominium has completed the renovation of its two buildings in downtown Ocean City with the assistance of the OCDC Residential Façade Improvement Program. The buildings consisting of 14 units located at 808 St. Louis Avenue. Exterior improvements include new siding, rainspouts, and soffits. Similar exterior improvements were provided for both buildings. Additional information about the program can be received by calling 410-289-7739.
