Star Charities President Anna Foultz and her volunteers presented a check for $3,000 to Major General James Atkins, Adjutant General of Maryland, and Col. Richard Knauer, Jr., Chairman of the Maryland National Guard Foundation, at the American Legion Synepuxent Post #166 in Ocean City. The money was raised through a Beef & Beer fundraiser to benefit the Wounded Soldiers of Maryland.
