OCEAN CITY -- Fager’s Island will be hosting a unique event this month aimed at providing a break from the winter doldrums.
On Friday, Feb, 15, Fager’s Island and GoodCleanFunLife.com will host six of the Mid-Atlantic’s finest songwriters and performers from multiple genres on the main stage. Tapped to appear are Nate Clendenen and Blake Haley of Ocean City; Cliff Hillis of Philadelphia; Robert Mabe of Winchester, Va.; Nancy Micciulla of Rehoboth Beach, Del.; and Skribe of Annapolis.
The musicians will all be on the same stage sharing original songs, along with their favorite cover material, throughout the evening in a Dinner Theater setting.
For fans of great rock, pop, country, blues, bluegrass, and folk music, this event is not to be missed. Organizers invited guests to come early, bring your family and friends, have dinner and watch a gathering of independent songwriters.
Admission is free and Fager’s Island will be featuring food and drink specials all night. The nearby Seabay Hotel will be offering a $49.99 hotel room rate for those folks wishing to make a complete night out of it. Just tell them you are attending the “Songwriters on the Bay” event when you book your room.
The event will be held from 8 p.m.-midnight and there is no cover.
