Women's Council of REALTORS

7/20/2007 | By The Dispatch Staff

Women's Council of REALTORS® presented the Ocean City Lions Club with donations to help with the drive to raise money to benefit the wounded Military Warriors in the Iraq and Afghanistan Wars over the Fourth of July Holiday.  The Lions Club has raised and delivered directly to the soldiers almost $100K to help supplement these wounded men and women who arrived at the military hospitals with nothing except what they came to the hospital with.  Pictured above is Terri Bradford, 2007 Chapter President of WCR and the Community Service Committee Chair, with Long and Foster's Ben Dawson of Long and Foster, a member of the OC Lions Club who is about to make his fourth trip overseas to deliver goods to the military men and women serving the country.
