American Cancer Society Volunteers From The Delmarva Peninsula

American Cancer Society volunteers from the Delmarva Peninsula were recently honored at an awards ceremony during the Annual American Cancer Society Volunteer Summit in Salisbury. Received the awards were, from left, Jenny Palmer, Communicator of the Year Award (shown accepting the award is Kathy Marshall); Dawne Pappas, Award of Excellence for Advocacy; ACS State Senior Vice President John Lazar; Dawn Hodge, Award of Excellence for Income Development; and Katie Marshall, Award of Excellence for Youth. The volunteers have been recognized from a legion of over 1,000 shore volunteers.
