Showell Students Learn Math Concepts With Cereal

Mrs. Raffo's first graders at Showell Elementary learned the math concept of transformations using cereal. Students mastered three transformations: slides, flips and turns by gluing pieces of cereal on a paper and illustrating each transformation with the cereal pieces. Above, Abby Shaffer and Luke Davis show their work.
