The halls and offices of Atlantic General Hospital (AGH) are papered with the artwork and poetry of the fourth-, fifth- and sixth-grade students at Berlin Intermediate School. The works express their appreciation for the medical staff as part of National Doctors' Day and the hospital's own Doctors' Week. The projects were part of the arts immersion program and the school's curriculum. Third and fourth graders from Ocean City Elementary and students in Early Intervention through second grade at Showell Elementary also sent cards to the hospital for the doctors. Pictured are Dr. John Gaddis, left, principal of Berlin Intermediate School, and Dr. Eric Bontempo, AGH's chief of staff.
