OC Marlin Club Ladies Auxiliary Presents Annual Scholarship
The Ocean City Marlin Club Ladies Auxiliary recently presented an annual scholarship award to local students chosen based primarily on their academic achievements. Receiving the $4,000 scholarships were Anthony Whaley, who is attending Salisbury University for a degree in teaching, and Lindsay Chetelat, who will be pursuing a career in the field of nutrition at the University of Delaware. Presenting the award from the auxillary are Dee Rigsby, left, auxiliary president, and Evelyn Angel, far right, chairperson of the scholarship committee.
