OC Stars Get Donation From Local AARP Chapter
Bill Shoop of the Local AARP Chapter 1917 visited Ocean City Elementary School on Monday, Dec. 21 to give a donation to Rick Chapman, director of the OC Stars, the school's chorus comprised of third and fourth grade students who give up their recess time to practice.
