OCEAN CITY- The Ocean City Recreation and Parks Department’s boys’ winter basketball league continued this week with a full slate of games at Northside Park. The following is a quick look at some of this week’s action:
(bullet) Delmarva Irish Club 12- American Legion 11: Hunter Wolf led the Irish with eight of his team’s 12 points, while Koby Higgins pitched in the other four. Willem Lambertson led the American Legion with eight points, while Tucker Anthony added three.
(bullet) Fager’s Island 19- OC Parrotheads 12: Sam Edmunds scored nine points, while Parker Wheeler added six for Fager’s. Wyatt Davis led the Parrotheads with six points.
(bullet) Phillips Crabhouse 55- OC Rec Boosters 46: Gregory Ray scored 15 points, Josh Kleinstuber added 14 and Sam Cannon pitched in 13 as Phillips won the high-scoring game. Tim Roberts led all scorers with 20 points for the Boosters, while Avery McCormick added 12 and Dominic Catrino pitched in seven.
(bullet) OC/Berlin Optimists 26- OC Rec Boosters 19: Cedric Pabich led the Optimists with 10 points, while Matt Kinsey added eight. Tristan McDonough was the top scorer for the Boosters with eight.
(bullet) Belair Road Supply 27- OC Rec Boosters 25: Matt Kristick led all scorers with 13 points while Belair also got scoring from up and down its bench. Garrett Tinus led the Boosters with 10 points.
(bullet) Atlantic Physical Therapy 42- Ocean City FOP 28: Brian Ford led ATP with 10 points, while Khaleeb Collick and Adriano Almony added eight points each. Joey Turcol led the FOP with 13 points.
