Contest Winners Announced
The Ocean City/Berlin Optimist Club announced the winners of its annual oratorical contest. Rich Caproni, chairman, announced that Keegan Pando and Amanda Gabriel from Worcester Prep won the boys and girls contest respectively. The two local winners will speak in the Maryland/South Delaware finals to be held in Ocean City on April 30.
