On Sept. 13 representatives of three Eastern Shore chapters of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association (NARFE) met with Congressman Wayne T. Gilchrest's Domestic Affairs Legislative Assistant Kathryn A. Godburn. They reviewed issues in Congress vital to the retirement security of active and retired federal employees.
