OC Elementary Students Enjoy Anti-Bullying Pep Rally
Students from Ocean City Elementary School enjoyed an Anti-Bullying Kick Off The School Year Pep Rally. The program "Stand Up Speak Up" written by a committee of teachers at OCES, encourages children to stand up and speak up when they are being bullied or see bullying happening in the world around them.
