Math classes throughout Worcester Preparatory School and the world celebrated Pi Day on March 14. Pi is the symbol for the ratio of the circumference of a circle to its diameter. Here McKenna Shanahan, Grade 6, participates in a Pi Day competition to see which student can recall the most Pi numbers. Shanahan, Ocean Pines and Ryan Nally, Ocean View, captured the Pi awards in Megan Garrity's first period math class.
