It was about six in the morning when Dr. Merle Marsh, a Worcester Prep administrator, received a message from the British Broadcasting Company requesting interviews with students about President Obama's Health Care Plan. A few hours later, Worcester Prep students commented on President Obama's Health Care Plan on British Broadcasting World News Radio.
