Coastal Lacrosse Spring Social on Tap

4/02/2010 | By Shawn J. Soper, Sports Editor

OCEAN CITY- The Coastal Lacrosse Club will be hosting a spring social at Seacrets next Saturday, April 10, from 4-8 p.m.

Everyone is invited to come out for the event, which will include Happy Hour drink prices, great food and the acoustic rock sounds of Ocean City's favorite duo Opposite Directions. The event will also include a silent auction with lots of wonderful items to bid on and win.

The cost is just $10 per person and those attending must be 21 or older to enter. The proceeds raised will be used to fund various facets of the club including equipment maintenance, field rentals, and various other operating expenses. Donations will be accepted and greatly appreciated. The Coastal Lacrosse Club is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit organization and public charity, so all donations are tax deductible.

Last year, the Coastal Lacrosse Club enjoyed a very exciting and successful inaugural season, fielding teams at every age level for both boys and girls. For more information, visit the club's website at www.coastallacrosseclub.com.
