BERLIN- As part of the ongoing list of similar events throughout the area this month, the Berlin Seahawks and Pop Warner youth football teams are helping to promote breast cancer awareness and raise funds for Women Supporting Women during an all-day event tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 22.
The county football field in Berlin will be turned pink for games beginning at 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. The field will be decorated with a huge pink ribbon and balloons and players and cheerleaders will wear pink ribbon attire as part of the uniforms for the day.
