Snow Hill Elementary School was recently recognized by Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support Maryland, a Maryland State Department of Education collaborative program, as a Gold level school. Students in Andrese Foreman's third grade class at Ocean City Elementary School investigated how bats use echolocation to find prey at night. Above, Alexandra Strebe, left, was blind-folded and had to rely on her sense of hearing to locate Jessica Janney and Arusa Islam by listening to the sounds of their clicking spoons.
