Democratic Women’s Club members, Sandy Glassman, Millie Ward, Dell Purrell and Em Hench prepare to deliver “Santa’s Sack,” the club’s yearly collection of gifts to benefit children and grandchildren of women incarcerated at the Worcester County Jail. The Community Foundation (CFES) Anne and Jim Almand Donor Advised Fund and the CFES Chairman’s Fund donated $500 to the Mason Dixon Woodworkers Club to produce hand-crafted wooden toys to be distributed to local organizations serving children in need.
